• 就寝3時半
• 起床8時

I have a sore throat maybe because I caught a cold. So yesterday I had many candies all day (I don't like candy :).
Now I think that it is not better to smoke today...although today is the opening day of smoking!!!!
　こんなこといいながら早速タバコを一箱買ってきました．もちろん「ピースライト」！久しぶりに買ったけどたっけーなぁ〜
